Sydney specialists Shed-X built a new street fighter “Malizia” based on Ducati 1098S. The first task was to improve the manageability of the motorcycle and adapt it for a ride around the city.
To achieve its objectives, the guys dismantled the bike and made it to the frame. They produced a new frame and developed two kinds of saddles, which will soon be available in the catalog Shed-X as a ready-made kits bolt-on for models 1098, 848 and Street fighter. Masters Shed-X also produced a 2-1 configuration, exhaust silencer and added a Radical Ducati Megaphone. According to them, the sound is just fabulous.
The engine, transmission, suspension and brakes were original, as in a production Ducati 1098S. But the harness had to redo because of changes in the control unit and install a lithium-ion battery Anti-Gravity. Altogether street fighter Malizia is easier original motorcycle 12 kg, while the engine still produces 160 ps.
