Cafe Racer Honda Cb550K ‘Lucy’ By Hot Sake Cycles
Lucy is the 15th cafe racer built by “Hot Sake Cycles” in Orlando, Florida. It is strange that we have never before considered projects HSC. The fact is that Shannon Hulcher is engaged in the construction of the cafe racers as a hobby, although he had reached a very high level. Happy Shannon works as a teacher of biology, and at night he plunges into the world of motorcycling, studying, analyzing and building them. “I have no mechanical skills,” – says Shannon. “Lucy is the culmination of my efforts and skills that I have developed over the years”.
