The MX-V is a complete newly designed helmet with all experience and knowledge processing, which has amassed over decades of successful motorsport. That’s what the Arai MX-V is the new benchmark in this highly competitive segment helmet.
Arai Company introduced the off-road helmet Arai VX Pro 4 (MX-V), which is the top model of the Japanese manufacturer. Novelty was designed based on the old model Arai VX Pro-3 (VX-3). Motorcycle helmet is ideal for Enduro, motocross and other off-road disciplines.
An important feature for all off-road riders is completely removable and washable interior. All parts (interior, cheek pads, neck roll, and even the chin strap covers) is easily removed for cleaning, thereby allowing each time for a fresh helmet.
Besides the comfort and the perfect fit where every Arai helmet is praised, the new MX-V offers some revolutionary new features. One is the completely redesigned peak. The peak for each Off-Road rider is great importance. The peak offers not only protection against mud and flying stones also protect against zonverbranding. At the same time increases the peak by the new design, the effective ventilation and improves the wind guide to the helmet. The new “edges” of the viewing aperture also show the experience of Arai.
Very good ventilation is crucial for an off-road helmet. That is why Arai has revised the ventilation system: easy to clean diffusers and a central top ventilation opening, giving improved airflow. The air inlet below the valve guides cool air to the forehead, while the valve on the inside of the air intake in the chin prevents dirt from entering the helmet under dusty conditions. The three-piece spoiler creates a venturi vacuum effect. Cool air is, as it were, in the helmet to “press”, and the spoiler provides for “extraction” of the warm air.
The new MX-V is available in sizes XS / XXL in solid colors white and black. More designs and replicas follow soon. The MX-V is in the spring at the Arai Off-Road dealers.
