1983 SAVERIO’S Z400J



1983 Kawasaki Z400J is classic Japanese motorcycle that has an old-fashioned and a bit dull design, but on the other hand, it is a practical vehicle. Z400j is an incredible custom built bike that is designed and illustrated by the artist Saverio from the studio “DSdesign Aerografie”. Saverio says that “when I found an old Z400, which is collecting dust in the corner of the garage, I immediately knew I have found a new donor.”

Features of 1983 SAVERIO’S Z400J:

Goal: to create a custom hybrid between Brett-style and scramblers
Frame: modified, shorter than the original, removing unnecessary brackets, sandblast and repainted
The fuel tank is used from the other Kawasaki
Tachometer: installed with the right side of the motorcycle
Wheelbase: repainted, installed new tires
Saddle: homemade
Steering wheel: a new, adjustable
